根据目前现行的新加坡移民条例，几乎是所有的移民类别都是有在新加坡的居住要求的，包括新加坡投资移民GIP计划，配偶签证等等，无论是主申请人还是配偶，都必须满足五年居住一半要求。 

但是，从政策细节来看，目前现行的移民政策中，有一个曾经小众的新加坡移民方法，却隐藏了一个重大的“福利”，这个移民类别中，对于申请人及配偶，是没有居住在新加坡的强制限制要求的！ 

我们今天就重点介绍一正宗佧签证类别：新加坡创业签证

对申请者要求

a.Own a company in China, Higher management of a company in China or have   patent 在国内有自己公司的股东（营业额达到 1000 万人民币）, 公司高管且公司愿意配合出具相关文件, 或有自己专利，且有国际专利认证文件  

b. Set up business in Singapore 在新加坡创立公司，并经营企业（签证批复后）  

c.Must own at least 30% of the company shares 申请人须持有至少 30%的新加坡公司股份  

d.Registered capital of at least S$50,000新加坡公司有至少5万新元的注册资金  

e.Business Plan 完善的商业计划书  

f.Sufficient maintenance funds 有足够的维生资金（政府有明确最低行政开支要求）

关于续签

符合申请条件者，可申请并获签1年有效签证。

1年之后，若满足以下条件，即可续签：

第二年：

a. Employ 1 Singaporean or PR 需雇佣1名本地员工（最低工资S$3,600）

b. At least $100,000 annual business spending最低行政开销S$100,000  

第四年：

a. Employ 2 Singaporean or PR 需雇佣2名本地员工（最低工资S$3,600）  

b. At least $200,000 annual business spending 最低行政开销S$200,000  

第六年：

a. Employ 3 Singaporean or PR 需雇佣3名本地员工（最低工资S$3,600）  

b. At least $300,000 annual business spending 最低行政开销S$300,000
